R & D Building is a niche builder specializing in concrete homes.  We use tilt-up construction (concrete walls built on-site) to build concrete houses that are energy efficient, economical and quick to build. The principal of R & D Building, Richard Harris has many years experience with commercial tilt-up construction and is using the techniques of the commercial builder to construct concrete homes.

A typical two storey concrete house will take less than 10 months to build and is ideally suited to sloping sites and small inner city blocks. The use of tilt-up construction methods will lead the design response to a contemporary solution with geometric shapes and clean lines.
